Is there a setup fee?
It's $997 on every plan, for the build and onboarding. You pay it once, with your first month. The monthly price is never discounted.
What is in the Hub?
Your Hub is your own Branded CRM: an inbox, a contact list with full history and notes, your own fields, calendars, a sales pipeline, a reviews screen, a dashboard and a home page that opens on what is next. All in your logo and colours, on every plan.
Can I start small and move up?
Yes. Every plan runs on the same system and the same Hub, so moving up switches on your own number and Text AI, or Voice AI on your calls. Your site, your contacts and your calendar stay right where they are.
What happens if I want to cancel?
Nothing dramatic. No guilt trips, no breakup fee, and we turn off the AI the day you say so. Your data stays yours, and so does your number. Spelled out in full on what Hydra will not do.
How does it roll out?
Fill out one form. Your website and web chat go live first, usually the same day, on every plan. On Web + Text and Complete, texting takes several days longer: the carriers have to approve your business for SMS, and none of that is your time. On Complete, Voice AI starts answering your calls once you verify your ID and pick your number.
Do I need tech skills?
Zero. If you can answer a phone, you can use Hydra. We build it, connect it, and hand you the keys. You just show up to work.
Does Voice AI sound like a robot?
It's real AI, set up on your business: your services, your hours, your prices, your way of saying things. No scripts. No call centers. No humans pretending to be robots pretending to be humans.
Is my phone number replaced?
No. Your number stays yours, always. On Web + Text and Complete you get your own business number for calls and texts, and on Complete we help you point your existing line at Voice AI if you want to. Nobody is taking your number.
What if I already have a website?
We build you a new one as part of setup, connected to your Hub from day one. Your old one can stay up until you're ready to switch.
What if I already use a CRM or other software?
Hydra comes with your Hub, its own Branded CRM already set up in your brand, so there is nothing to connect. Keep your old software as long as you like, and stop opening it whenever you are ready.
Who do I call when something is off?
Email [email protected] and a human writes back. Your Hub also tells you what is done and what is next, so most questions answer themselves.
